The public channel broadcasts when any asset's net edge crosses 3% / 6% / 12% (45-min per-asset cooldown plus hysteresis). The bot supports custom tickers and thresholds in DM. Assets with abnormal data (degraded / quarantined / calibrating) never alert — a missed ping costs far less than a wrong one.
