Chaconne holds no pool and custodies no user assets. Your funds always stay in your own wallet.

Every trade is signed by your own wallet — we cannot touch or move your funds. An exit scam requires custody; we removed that premise from line one.

No private keys are stored on our servers (a built-in guard refuses to boot in production if any key is present).

In-app trades route through the Jupiter aggregator on Solana, which pools on-chain liquidity to find you a better price. Your wallet interacts with on-chain liquidity directly.

Failed trades aren't charged — at most a tiny network fee (SOL). After a fill, verify it on Solscan by its signature.

• On-chain price: Jupiter's live executable quote for a standard $1,000 size (not a mid-price).
• Reference stock price: Pyth oracle's live equity price (last close when the market is shut, labeled on-page).
• Premium/discount: deviation of on-chain vs stock price (total-return tokens first corrected by a drift ratio r̂ for accrued dividends).
• Savings/cost: already net of platform fee and your size's price impact. On anomalies we gray out rather than show a possibly-wrong number.

A 0.5% platform fee, shown in the quote before you trade — the only fee we charge.

Beyond that you only bear inherent on-chain costs: a tiny network fee (SOL) and the trade's price impact (larger for big orders or thin pools; shown in the quote).

Listed tokens come from market-proven issuers — xStocks (Switzerland's Backed Finance: DLT framework, licensed custody, distribution via Kraken and others) and Ondo Global Markets (RWA with top institutions). Every asset page lists the issuer, legal wrapper, backing, contract address, redeemability, restricted regions and last-verified date.
